High School: She lettered all 4 years at American Fork and ended her high school career with 1433 digs and 1312 serve receive receptions. She was awarded 6A All-State 2nd Team in 2020, 6A All-State 3rd Team in 2019, 6A Region 4 All-Region 1st Team in 2019, 6A Region 4 All-Region 2nd Team in 2018, 6A Region 4 All-Defensive Player in 2020, American Fork Defensive Player of the year in 2017 and Academic All-Region in 2020. She played at Club V under Coach Reed Carlson and got second at the AAU open championship in 2020.

Personal: Her parents are Wesley and Janelle Palmer. She is the youngest of 6 kids.

She loves anything outdoors and spending time with family. She is a certified medical assistant and is wanting to study exercise science. She chose to come to USU Eastern because it felt like the place she needed to be.
