High School: She played and started in 3 years of varsity volleyball, earning All-Region and All-District awards for all 3 years. She was also apart of the All-Academic 1st Team for all 3 years. Helped her team win the first ever 6A state championship. Played 4 years of varsity beach volleyball and earned All-District and All-Region awards both sophomore and junior year.

Personal: Her parents are Laura Watkins and Scott Otero. She is the older sister to two younger brothers, Ethan and Carsten, who both participate in HS football. Her mom has obtained multiple degrees from Arizona State. Her dad played college football at the University of Arizona.

When she's not playing volleyball she spends a lot time with family and friends as well as spending time outdoors, hiking, boating or exploring. She is hoping to pursue a B.S in Psychology while continuing to play volleyball at the University.
