High School: She attended Fort Zumwalt West High School and was a four-year started on the varsity basketball team. She received Academic All-Conference honors all four years. As a junior she was selected to the All-Conference 2nd Team and All-District Team. As a senior she was selected to the All-Conference 1st Team and the All-District Team. She was the leading scorer, rebounder and shot-blocker during her junior and senior seasons. She received All-Tournament honors for all 6 tournaments in her final two seasons, including tournament MVP. She also played volleyball all four years as well.

Personal: Her parents are John and Natalie Palmer, she has an older sister named Brielle, who she got to play two years of high school basketball with.  A younger sister namer Blaire, who plays high school volleyball, and a younger brother named Braden, who plays high school basketball. Blaire dances while the rest of them have grown up playing basketball together.

She loves spending time with family, playing games and being outdoors. She will finish this year with her bachelor's degree in heal education and promotion, she plans on studying physical therapy. She chose to come to USU Eastern because the coaches are amazing and it just felt right when she toured the campus. She was very impressed by the basketball program and is grateful to get to continue learning and playing the sport she loves.
