Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith began her academic career at Upper Iowa University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. She furthered her education with a Master of Science in Psychology from Avila University.

Amanda's professional career started as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Avila University from 2014 to 2016. She then became the Head Athletic Trainer at J Robinson Intensive Wrestling Camps during the summers from 2017 to 2019. From 2017 to 2023, Amanda worked as an Athletic Trainer at Baker University. In 2021, she founded FFP Sports Medicine, where she continues to work.

As a collegiate athlete, Amanda played as a goalkeeper for the Upper Iowa University women’s soccer team.

Amanda’s achievements in her roles are notable, even though her primary focus has been on supporting and training athletes rather than earning personal accolades.

Amanda and her significant other, Michael, share a passion for adventure. They love to travel the United States in a camper van they built together.
