High School: She was a four year varsity starter at Uintah High School. During her 4 years of high school she was able to win Region her sophomore year and get invited to Exos. At Exos she won the 5-tool speed award; 20-yard sprint in 2.91 seconds and 10-yeard spring in 1.64 seconds. She was also named in the top 3 best athlete. She was a top prospect on the Bietia board during her sophomore year as well. During high school she also played volleyball and was voted best teammate her senior year.

Personal: She comes from a family of 5, her dad, Josh Smuin, was a wrestler in high school and her mom, Brylee, played basketball in high school. She has two little brothers, Quigley and Quacey, that enjoy baseball just as much if not more than she does softball.

She enjoys spending most of her time outdoors, she loves going on new adventures whether its hiking the mountains or boating on the lake. She loves playing baseball in the backyard with her family and spending as much time with them as possible. She chose to come to USUE because of the opportunities and advantages it gives her as a student athlete. She plans to go into nursing while she spends her time here.
