High School: 4 year starter, 4 time All-Conference selection, 3 time All-State selection, Conference Played of the Yea, and Sam Barlow High Schools All-Time lead scorer passing NBA dunk contest champion Fred Jones. he is the 5th all-time leading scorer in Oregon High School history. His senior year he lead the state in scoring, won a league title, took player of the year, and was in pursuit of a state championship when COVID-19 hit. His team also got their head coach his 600th career win, establishing his as one of the greatest coaches ever in Oregon history.

Personal: Parents are Bill and Tana White, has a 20 year old brother studying Electrical Engineering at Portland State University. His cousin Ryan Crouser is an Olympic Gold-Medalist in shot-put, he inspires Jesse to push himself on a daily basis.

He really enjoys being around the game of basketball and being around friends after the work has been put in. He chose USUE because of the relationship he developed with Coach Evans, and really found an appreciation for the kind of man he is. While at USUE he will be majoring in business, and potentially minoring in marketing.
