Adriana Nicole Castro is a sophomore back spot from Huntington, Utah, on the Spirit Squad. She attended Emery High School, where she was on the cheer team for three years. During her high school career, Emery High won regional championships all three years. In 2021, Adriana made All-American as a sophomore, and in 2022, she was the JV Captain. She also participated in track, running the 200m and 400m events. In 2021, she and three other athletes took home 2nd place in state for the 4x100m relay. In her free time, Adriana practiced tumbling at her Aunt LaRae’s gym.

Adriana's parents are Carlos and Michelle Hernandez. She has one younger brother named Carlos Hernandez and a beloved white cat named Poppy. Adriana enjoys traveling to Mexico every summer to visit family and experience different cultures. She is a first-generation college student and aims to become a successful professional.

Adriana is majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Spanish. She plans to attend law school at the University of Utah and hopes to practice law in her hometown. Adriana's life revolves around cheer and tumbling, a passion she developed thanks to her Aunt LaRae.
