Utah State University

Annika played on the Skyridge varsity soccer team placed second at state in 2021 and third in 2023. She played club soccer for LaRoca for 10 plus years where she played in many national conferences and earned many conference titles and earned spots in regional conferences as well. In addition to soccer, she was on the high school track team where she ran the 100, 200, 4x1 and 4x2 and earned many state qualifying times.
She is the daughter of Gregory and Michele Schavey and has 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Her father played college soccer and has also been a coach for various soccer teams.
Annika will be majoring in Agriculture Science. She chose to come to Utah State Eastern because of the small town atmosphere and the programs they offered.
When not on the soccer field Annika will be at the gym, riding horses, camping or any other outdoor activity.
